Two male students in Vinh City performed wheelies on their motorbike on the road.

Four young men were riding on two motorcycles with license plates 37B3 - x13.39 and 37L1 - 026.85, traveling side-by-side. None of the four were wearing helmets. Two of the young men, wearing school uniforms, were riding the motorcycle with license plate 37L1 - 026.85. While in motion, they suddenly performed a wheelie and immediately fell onto the road.

The actions of the two male students were not only dangerous to themselves but also caused outrage and endangered other vehicles on the road. According to local residents, this area is near Quan Bau Junior High School and Ha Huy Tap High School, with a high volume of student traffic, and similar incidents like the one described above are not unprecedented.

The authorities need to verify and handle the matter promptly.
