Subjects Thao Xong My Xay (born in 1993), residing in Huoi Pa village, Muong Duong village cluster, Muong Quan district, Hua Phan province (Laos) and Vu Ba Xi (born in 1988), residing in Muong Long 1 village, Muong Long commune, Ky Son district, Nghe An province are committing acts of smuggling livestock.
At the scene, the authorities seized 7 cows and 1 mobile phone. Through investigation, the two subjects confessed that they had agreed to exchange and sell the 7 cows across the border for 60 million Lao Kip (about 120 million VND), without any documents as required by law.

The unit has investigated, verified, completed the case file, and handed it over to the authorities for further investigation in accordance with the law.
