Dr. Nguyen Quoc Chinh - Head of the Vietnamese IChO 2014 delegation, said: “This year, the members of the Vietnamese team demonstrated their abilities very well. The theoretical part was very long and difficult, while the practical part this year was significantly better than in previous competitions abroad because the students were quite well prepared. However, there were a few minor points in the practical part, some calculations were not very careful. Their scores were in the range of 40-50 out of a maximum of 60 points. However, compared to the general standard, they still performed very well.”
