2 young men specialize in robbing phones of passersby
(Baonghean.vn) - Khoa and Hung roamed the streets. When they saw their "prey" talking on the phone or putting it in their back pocket, they immediately approached and robbed them.
On November 23, Yen Thanh District Police said that the unit is temporarily detaining Tran Huu Khoa (born in 1994, residing in Phi Bac hamlet, Vinh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) to clarify the act of robbery.

Recently, Yen Thanh District Police received many reports from people that while they were walking on the street, two young men approached and snatched their phones.
After verification and investigation, Yen Thanh District Police arrested Tran Huu Khoa. Khoa's accomplice Tran Duc Hung (born in 1998, residing in Phu Dien hamlet, Nhan Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district) is currently on the run.
At the police station, Khoa confessed that from November 2018 until now, this young man and Hung have successfully carried out many robberies in Yen Thanh and Dien Chau districts, in which the police have identified the victims in 4 cases.
During an emergency search of Tran Huu Khoa's private home, the police seized 4 phones that had been snatched by the suspects.
Currently, the investigation agency is continuing to fight, expand the case, and hunt down the fugitive.
