22 groups will participate in the Public Art Festival of the People's Public Security Forces Region II
(Baonghean.vn) - The Region II Mass Arts Festival organized by the Ministry of Public Security will take place from May 15 to May 18 at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House.
On the morning of May 14, the Organizing Committee of the 10th Public Art Festival of the People's Public Security, Region II - 2018 held a press conference to inform some contents.
The festival in Region II with the theme “70 years of the People’s Public Security remembering Uncle Ho’s words” was held from May 15 to May 18 at the Nghe An Provincial Labor Culture House. This is a practical activity to celebrate the 128th birthday of President Ho Chi Minh.
The festival had 22 police delegations participating, including: General Department of Police, General Department V, Guard Command, Traffic Police Department, People's Security Academy, police from some northern localities including: Hanoi City Police, Bac Ninh, Ha Nam, Nam Dinh, Hoa Binh, Hai Duong, Hung Yen, Ninh Binh, Thai Binh, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Phu Tho, Lao Cai, Bac Kan and 2 southern localities, Ninh Thuan and Thua Thien - Hue Provincial Police with more than 600 officers and soldiers serving in the police force.
The art forms in the festival include singing, dancing, music, drama and skits.
The content of the art performances is to praise the Party, Uncle Ho, the tradition of building, fighting and growing of the People's Public Security force associated with the movement "People's Public Security learns and practices Uncle Ho's Six Teachings", the emulation movement "For National Security"...
Previously, the 10th Public Art Festival of the People's Public Security Forces was held in regions I, III and IV in Bac Giang, Binh Thuan provinces and Can Tho city.
