This is an annual competition organized by Military Hospital 4 with the desire to create a useful playground to help nursing staff improve their knowledge and experience, improve patient care activities and management capacity in the hospital's departments.

The content of this year's contest focuses on two parts: theory and practice. The theoretical content covers knowledge in comprehensive patient care, codes of conduct, medical waste management, implementation of nursing work regime, professional ethics standards for nurses, innovation in service style and attitude of medical staff towards patient satisfaction; management and preservation of drugs according to regulations, and rehabilitation for patients.

Practical content with topics such as operating testing machines, taking blood for testing, answering additional questions from the judges.

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to the collective of the Department of Internal Medicine and Cardiology (A2) and the First Prize to the individual Comrade Nguyen Thi Kim Binh - Head Nurse of the Department of Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology (A3) and Comrade Hoang Thi Lan Anh - Pharmacist of the Department of Pharmacy (C9)./.
