24 gifts to people affected by storm circulation

(Baonghean.vn) - On the afternoon of October 28, at Chau Quang commune, the Provincial Farmers' Association directly presented 24 relief gifts to 24 households in Quy Hop district that were seriously affected by the circulation of storm No. 4 last September.

According to statistics, the entire Quy Hop district suffered damage to property, crops, traffic works and irrigation works up to more than 45 billion VND. Of which, the communes of Chau Quang, Chau Cuong, Nam Son and Nghia Xuan were the most severely damaged.

Comrade Nguyen Hong Son, Vice Chairman of the Provincial Farmers' Association, presented gifts to households affected by storms and floods.

With the desire to help families with some of the difficulties in life, the Provincial Farmers' Association has awarded 24 gifts, including 6 gifts from Chau Quang commune, 4 gifts from Chau Cuong commune, 4 gifts from Chau Dinh commune, 4 gifts from Nam Son commune, 5 gifts from Nghia Xuan commune and 1 gift from Lien Hop commune. Each gift is worth 1 million VND, supported by the Central Vietnam Farmers' Association fund.
