25 famous chefs will be present at Nghe An International Culinary Culture and Tourism Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - It is expected that there will be 100 booths participating in the Festival, including the International Culinary Culture area; the Culinary Culture area of domestic regions and the Nghe An Culinary Culture area.
On June 13, Nghe An Department of Tourism coordinated with Vietnam Culinary Culture Association to chair a meeting to discuss the implementation of the contents of the International Tourism Culinary Culture Festival - Nghe An 2019.
At the meeting, leaders of the Department of Tourism reported on preparations for the 2019 Nghe An International Tourism Culinary Culture Festival.
The festival is expected to take place from July 17 to 21 with a scale of about 100 booths, including the International Culinary Culture area (15 - 20 booths); the Culinary Culture area of regions in the country (40 - 45 booths); the Nghe An Culinary Culture area (30 - 45 booths) and the accompanying activity space (promotion, introduction and experience of typical dishes...).

This is an activity to promote and honor the quintessence of culinary culture of Nghe An, provinces and cities in the country and internationally, serving the culinary needs of the people and visitors attending. Creating favorable opportunities for organizations, individuals, restaurant, hotel and catering service businesses to exchange and learn experiences to improve service quality. At the same time, combining the display of traditional local cuisine with the promotion of famous landscapes, landscapes, historical and cultural relics of Nghe An.
At the meeting, representatives of departments, branches and localities gave their opinions on the arrangement and organization of booths; funding allocation; diversifying forms of propaganda and promotion to create a widespread effect; licensing activities; scale of booths; preserving dishes and ensuring food hygiene and safety; plans to ensure power supply; ensuring security, order and fire prevention and fighting, etc.
