25 gangsters in Ha Tinh sentenced to prison
Two gangs in Ha Tinh drove cars and chased through many streets, shooting and killing.
The verdict of the Ha Tinh People's Court on November 23 determined that late on April 4, 2017, at a karaoke bar in Nguyen Du Ward (Ha Tinh City), a group of 13 people led by Vo Viet Sieu quarreled and fought with swords with 12 people from Nguyen Huu Truong's gang. Both sides dispersed when they saw the police.

Early the next morning, Sieu and his juniors prepared a hunting rifle, three baseball bats, and 15 knives to find Truong's group. Dozens of young men from Truong's group also prepared a pistol, sword, bamboo stick, bricks, and stones...
At the intersection of Ham Nghi and Le Duan streets, the two gangs faced each other. Seeing their opponents sitting in a taxi, a young man in Truong’s group pulled out a gun and fired three shots forward.
The two sides then drove their cars to block each other, shooting and chasing each other through many streets in Ha Tinh City. As a result, two people in Sieu's group were shot and seriously injured, with health damage of 10-40%.

The People's Court sentenced Truong to 11 years and 8 months in prison for the crime.KillingandDisturbing public order, Super 2 years 3 months for the crimeDisturbing public order.
The remaining 23 defendants received sentences ranging from six months suspended to more than eight years in prison.
