290 gift packages for "Warm Tet in the Mekong Delta"

(Baonghean.vn) -Implementing the "For the Western Region" program, focusing on poor people and children in the highlands, the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, in coordination with the Youth Union of universities and colleges in the province and Vietcombank Trung Do branch, organized the "Warm Tet in the Western Region" program to give Tet gifts to poor Dan Lai ethnic minority students in Thach Ngan commune, Con Cuong district.

The gifts included 290 sets of warm jackets and scarves, totaling 50 million VND. This is an annual activity of the Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, organized for the past four years, demonstrating the sharing spirit of the province's youth towards poor people and children in mountainous areas every time Tet (Lunar New Year) comes around.
