Manufacturer Corman decided to recall 3,100 Tampax tampons and Always sanitary napkins exported to the French and Canadian markets due to the discovery of toxic chemicals.

The manufacturer has decided to recall 3,100 products as a precaution. A Corman spokesman said that although the amount of toxic substance detected in the sample was very small and has not been proven to be dangerous, the recall is aimed at "putting the safety and health of customers first."
