3 students drowned in 4 hot days

On the afternoon of April 24, students of class 11C6, Sao Nam Private High School (Nam Dan) organized a picnic at Ba Khe Lake in Nam Loc Commune. While playing, Nguyen Thi Thuy slipped and fell into the lake. None of her classmates knew how to swim, and the lake was very deep, so everyone ran to find local people to call for help. However, when some people arrived and pulled Thuy to shore, she had drowned. On April 25, local authorities and the school's board of directors visited, encouraged, and shared the pain with Thuy's family.
