Mr. Phuc has a small body. He is 36 years old but only 1.5 meters tall and weighs 48 kg. His family's economy is still facing many difficulties. He lives near Khe Gat stream, where 4 other streams in the area flow into. Whenever it rains, it floods, cutting off the whole area. When there was a concrete support policy from Thanh My commune and Thanh Chuong district, Mr. Phuc mobilized his mother and brother to contribute money, design and build the bridge himself.
