(Baonghean.vn) - In 3 years, the Front Working Committees of Tuong Duong district have coordinated to organize 1,856 meetings with voters and National Assembly deputies and People's Councils at all levels, successfully reconciling 276/301 conflicts.

On the afternoon of October 5, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Tuong Duong district held a conference to commend excellent Front Committee leaders in the period of 2015 - 2017. Accordingly, 30 collectives were commended for their outstanding achievements in the past 3 years.

Thanks to the active and effective participation of the grassroots Front working committees, up to now, Tuong Duong has had 2 communes meeting the new rural standards, 1 commune will reach the finish line by the end of 2017; the remaining 15 communes all met 5 criteria or more; 100% of residential areas organized the National Great Unity Day.

The Front's working committees have mobilized donations for the fund for the poor, raising more than 3.4 billion VND. From the mobilized fund, 120 poor households have been supported with production costs, 430 gifts have been provided to students in difficult circumstances, and 6,538 households have been mobilized to receive Tet gifts.
