3 people miraculously escaped death in a 5-story building collapsing in the middle of the night
3 of the remaining 6 members of the family buried in the collapsed 5-story house this morning in Hop Giang ward, Cao Bang city are out of danger.

According to Dr. Phuong Duc Cu - Director of Cao Bang General Hospital, among the three survivors, Mr. Nguyen Huu Duc - 41 years old, working at Cao Bang Electricity Company was the most seriously injured.
Mr. Duc suffered injuries to his right eye, scratches on his body, and injuries to many soft tissue areas. After receiving IV fluids and painkillers, he was able to stand up at around 10am on April 17.
The other two victims are Mr. Duc's children, Nguyen Duc Anh (6 years old) and Nguyen Hoang Anh (3 years old), who suffered minor injuries and bruises in some areas. Doctors at the Provincial General Hospital are monitoring and promptly providing health care to all three victims.
