3 young farmers of Nghe An received Luong Dinh Cua award in 2016
(Baonghean.vn)- Among the 85 outstanding rural youth faces considered for the 2016 Luong Dinh Cua award, there are 3 young farmers from Nghe An.
According to news from Nghe An Provincial Youth Union, the 2016 Luong Dinh Cua Award Council has selected 85 outstanding rural youth to honor and award the 11th Luong Dinh Cua Award.
This year, Nghe An has 3 outstanding young farmers honored to receive this award. They are Mr. Le Ngoc Phuc (village 1A, Thanh Thinh commune, Thanh Chuong district) - Director of Phuc Hung Thinh Tea Company Ltd. with a factory scale of nearly 3000 m2, processing 20 tons of fresh tea buds every day, creating jobs for 15 young workers and 8-10 seasonal workers. In 2015, the total revenue of the tea factory was 19.3 billion VND, minus expenses, the profit was over 1 billion VND.

Mr. Hoang Van Thong, Secretary of Mai Giang 1 Youth Union (Quynh Bang Commune, Quynh Luu), owner of a shrimp breeding farm, with annual profits of 600 - 800 million, creating regular jobs for 15 - 20 workers.
Mr. Dinh Van Truong (Thanh Huong commune, Thanh Chuong district) - a young man who is good at economics with a comprehensive production - business - livestock model for a total income of 4 to 5 billion VND/year. After deducting expenses, each year the profit is from 400 - 600 million VND. Creating additional regular income for 4 workers, on average from 4-5 million VND/person/month.
It is known that from 2006 to present, Nghe An has had about 50 rural youths who have been awarded the Luong Dinh Cua award.
Luong Dinh Cua is an award presented annually by the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union to recognize, commend and honor rural youth who have achieved outstanding achievements in production, business, career development, transfer of technical and technological advances, environmental protection and new rural construction; actively participate in social activities, volunteer for community life; have made worthy contributions to the work of the Union and youth movements; have prestige and positive influence on youth and society. The 85 young farmers who received the 11th Luong Dinh Cua Award in 2016 are outstanding rural youth, selected from 290 profiles of 63 provincial and municipal youth unions. |
