3 groups and 6 individuals were awarded prizes in the Costume Performance Contest in Nghe An tourist accommodation establishments

On November 12, in Vinh city, the Department of Tourism organized the 2020 Costume Performance Contest in tourist accommodation establishments.

Attending the contest were Mr. Nguyen Manh Cuong - Director of the Department of Tourism; representatives of relevant departments, agencies and units and 39 contestants.

Speaking at the contest, comrade Nguyen Thi Thanh An - Deputy Director of the Department of Tourism, Head of the Organizing Committee affirmed that the contestCostume showin accommodationtourismto create opportunities for exchange and sharing of experiences; is a useful activity to honor corporate culture and promote the spirit of professionalism, civility, friendliness and efficiency for staff and workers in accommodation establishments, contributing to improving service quality and serving tourists.

Clothing in accommodation establishments, in addition to the requirements of neatness, politeness, comfort, and convenience when working, also requires expressing the unique features, imprints, and images of the business and unit.

The program is conducted with the following contents: Costume show; Presentation on costumes of units and businesses and talent competition of contestants, divided into groups of specialized departments (including: reception, restaurant, room service, business, kitchen, engineering).

At the end of the contest, the Organizing Committee awarded 9 prizes to 3 groups, 6 individuals and many other secondary prizes.
