Le Quyet Thang (born in 1991) - Leader of the TEAMLEE group specializing in free restoration of photos of heroic martyrs: Journeys to soothe the pain.

Perhaps because I was born in Hung Nguyen - the birthplace of the Nghe Tinh Soviet Revolutionary Movement, since childhood, I have carried within me a deep gratitude for the generations of fathers and ancestors who died for the independence and freedom of the country. The desire to do something to extend the journey of gratitude of the youth was realized when my friends and I founded the group TEAMLEE to contribute to the free restoration of photos of heroic martyrs across the country.
Behind each photo is a journey filled with emotions, like, sitting here talking now, the emotions of July 27th still make my heart flutter every time I remember.
This is a story that originated from the endless love and longing of a heroic Vietnamese mother for her two sons who were martyrs in Thanh Luong, Thanh Chuong district. That mother is Nguyen Thi Ba, this year she is 94 years old, but the memories of her two sons are still very deep. The only keepsake of her two sons that she has is a faded black and white photo.

Understanding the loss that my mother had gone through, my friends and I planned to recreate the photo of the two martyrs. On July 27, from our working area in Hanoi, we returned to see my mother. Although our tears had dried up, at that moment, my mother's cries once again made everyone present unable to hold back their tears.
Receiving 2 photos of 2 martyr children, she was a youth volunteer, he was a soldier in the Southwest border, the mother choked up and hugged them like she had hugged her own little children... Although the pain of losing her children is still there, she is happy because from now on, the mother has clear photos of her two children to talk and confide in them.
Up to now, we have restored more than 300 pictures of martyrs across the country. However, there are still thousands of martyrs who have fallen for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland without a single intact picture. Therefore, we still consider this a journey of thousands of miles in which we have only taken small steps. Hopefully, this journey will continue so that we young people can contribute our efforts to continue writing the journey of gratitude, contributing to easing the pain of those who remain.
Major Le Van Chien - Drug Crime Investigation Police, Nghe An Provincial Police: Live and fight with all his heart for the peace of the Fatherland

“The never-ending battles” - that is the phrase we always remind each other when talking about the front of the fight against drug crimes that we are in charge of. After 18 years of standing in the ranks of the people's police, including 6 years as a drug crime investigation police, my teammates and I have experienced countless unforgettable memories. There have been hasty trips departing at night. Hasty meals. Lurking dangers. Fierce, fierce battles of wits. Even facing the line between life and death, but just thinking about our uniforms, about the people's trust in the police force, all fatigue disappears.
Over the years, my teammates and I have directly participated and coordinated with the unit's professional teams and local police units to detect and arrest 121 cases - 266 subjects. Among them, we have fought and eliminated many large drug rings, many complex drug points and hotspots in the province. In addition, my teammates and I have directly mobilized and arrested 23 wanted subjects, including many wanted subjects who committed especially dangerous crimes.
When you ask me about the memorable memories during my work, for me, all those trips are unforgettable memories. Just recently, during the fight to destroy the drug trafficking and illegal transportation line from Laos to Nghe An, we were fiercely resisted by the subjects using K77 guns. That recklessness is not the only thing when the fight against drugs is becoming more and more fierce and complicated. Especially in a province with a large border area, wild and dangerous mountains and forests like Nghe An.
However, I and my fellow soldiers will not falter in the face of difficulties, ready to face constant dangers as Uncle Ho advised, "The People's Police forget themselves for the country, serve the people" to bring peace to the country.
Nguyen Duc Lam (born in 1998) - Faculty of Industrial Electricity, Vietnam - Korea Industrial Technical College: Spreading good values to the community through volunteer activities

Winning the first prize in the Nghe An Province Vocational Skills Competition in 2023 is an important milestone for me to improve my professional skills and apply that to volunteer activities organized by the school. I still remember the Summer Youth Volunteer campaigns of the past years, my friends and I had meaningful experiences together when returning to the border land of Tuong Duong.
Although we had to carry out volunteer activities together during the day and sleep temporarily in the commune kindergarten at night, no one felt afraid of that. And then, overcoming the hardships, we worked together to repair each electrical line, install light bulbs, ceiling fans, and upgrade some facilities for Luong Minh Boarding Secondary School and Luong Minh Commune Health Station. When the work was completed, we received the smiles and happy eyes of the children, teachers, and villagers. That was when all the fatigue in our hearts disappeared.

As a senior student with intense pressure of studying, maintaining the title of excellent student as well as completing volunteer work is really quite hard. Someone told me, “focus on studying and volunteer less!” but for me, volunteering is my greatest passion. And if you have a burning passion for something, then surely you or I will always have to find a way to balance that passion with the rest.
Many people only see the things they “lose” when volunteering, such as time, effort, and money. However, they do not understand that it is the place that brings us wealth. From participating in volunteer activities, my friends and I have become more resilient in the face of life’s difficulties, gained more experience in handling situations, and always realized that we must be more responsible to society and the community. Above all, we have more friends, brothers who share the same dream; together we spread good values to the community through volunteer activities while still in school!
