30,000 people come to Nghe An International Tourism Culinary Culture Festival
(Baonghean.vn) - Nghe An International Culinary Culture and Tourism Festival has created a good opportunity to promote and honor the quintessential culinary cultural values of Nghe An, provinces and cities in the country and internationally.

The 2019 Nghe An International Culinary and Tourism Culture Festival took place from July 17 to 20 with the participation of over 100 booths of businesses, organizations and individuals from 23 provinces and cities.

In particular, the Food Festival has 05 international culinary units with the participation of many famous artisans, chefs, and culinary experts from across the country.

Over 100 booths at the Festival were invested in design, staging, and elaborate, creative decoration, clearly expressing the cultural identity of each locality. Typical examples include: Booths of Thua Thien Hue Tourism Promotion Center, Hanoi Department of Tourism, Thai Nguyen Tourism Promotion Center, etc.
Along with that, many rustic dishes are prepared attractively, with the characteristics of each region such as: Thai Nguyen five-color sticky rice, Ha Giang thang co, Thanh Hoa fermented pork roll, Russian grilled lamb; steamed fish for the king, shredded goat, rum stewed with banana from Nghe An...
In particular, the event of simultaneously promoting 50 eel dishes by 25 artisans and chefs was recognized and awarded a certificate by the Vietnam Record Organization.
After 4 days, the festival attracted nearly 30,000 visitors to visit and experience.

Through a quick survey by the Organizing Committee, 67% of participating units were very satisfied, 26.7% of units were satisfied with the organization. Regarding meeting the participation target, 83% of units were satisfied, 17% said it exceeded expectations.
