4 gamblers 'playing poker' in a car wash

(Baonghean.vn) - On October 9, the Vinh City Police Investigation Agency announced that it had initiated a case and prosecuted the suspects in the gambling case caught red-handed in Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City.

Previously, at 11:30 a.m. on October 5, at Binh Minh car wash, No. 80A, Doc Thiet Street, Hung Binh Ward, the Working Group of the Social Order Crime Investigation Team of Vinh City Police caught 4 subjects red-handed while gambling in the form of playing cards.

The subjects include: Bui Xuan Ha (born in 1978), permanent residence at block 20, Hung Binh ward (Vinh city); Bui Xuan Huan (born in 1984), residing at Quang Tien block, Hung Binh ward (Vinh city); Nguyen Tuan Anh (born in 1982), residing at hamlet 12, Nghi Kim commune (Vinh city) and Nguyen Tien Thanh (born in 1984), residing at hamlet 6, Duc Lac commune, Duc Tho district (Ha Tinh province).

The seized items included 5,600,000 VND in cash and 2 decks of playing cards. When checking Nguyen Tuan Anh's pants pocket, the authorities discovered and seized 12,000,000 VND in cash and 500,000 VND in Bui Xuan Huan's wallet.

On October 8, the Vinh City Police Department initiated a case and prosecuted the four suspects for gambling to serve the investigation expansion.
