40 fun questions for parents to encourage their children's imagination
Children ask lots of questions. But you can also encourage their imagination by asking them back. Here are 40 fun ideas to start a conversation with your child.
Children ask a lot of questions. Sometimes the questions are repetitive. Studies have shown that young children ask over 300 questions a day and so we really can't answer them all.
Children should really be encouraged to ask more questions, not less. It is important that we show them that imagination is magical, not by answering endless questions, but by asking them lots of them.

Don't worry if your child isn't enthusiastic about answering your questions at first. Don't rush them into answering or move on to the next question too quickly. Take your time to show your child that you're genuinely interested in what they have to say, not just asking them questions.
And for adults, asking and answering those questions is also a great way to exercise our own creativity and imagination.
