400 victims were tricked into completing procedures to export labor to Australia

(Baonghean.vn) - Le Duy Anh colluded with suspects to receive more than 400 documents and hundreds of thousands of USD to carry out procedures to illegally exit to Australia.

The Investigation Security Agency, Nghe An Provincial Police, has just initiated a case, prosecuted and temporarily detained 4 suspects to investigate the crime of "Organizing and brokering for others to flee abroad".

The four arrested defendants include: Le Duy Anh (born in 1979, residing in Quang Tien commune, Soc Son district, Hanoi), Tran Thi Thanh (born in 1959, residing in Hung Phuc ward, Vinh city), Ho Thi Hang (born in 1965, residing in Truong Thi ward, Vinh city) and Tran Thi Ha (born in 1974, residing in Thai Hoa town, Nghe An province).

These four defendants were accused of being involved in a fraud ring that defrauded more than 400 people to go to Australia to work. Among them, defendant Le Duy Anh, director of Chan Hung Study Abroad Consulting Training Center located in Thanh Xuan District (Hanoi), was identified as the ringleader.

According to investigation documents, although not licensed to operate a service of sending workers to work abroad, from September 2015 to January 2019, Le Duy Anh colluded with suspects to recruit workers to work in Australia.

The subjects have received more than 400 applications and hundreds of thousands of dollars to complete exit procedures to Australia for the workers. However, to date, not a single worker has been able to leave the country.

The Investigation Security Agency, Nghe An Provincial Police, informs the people that anyone who has paid money or documents to the above defendants to complete procedures to export labor to Australia should come to the Investigation Security Agency of Nghe An for settlement.

Within 2 months from the date of this notice, if organizations and individuals do not come to work, the Security Investigation Agency will handle the matter according to regulations.

The case is currently under further investigation.
