(Baonghean.vn) - On August 30, the Muong Tip Border Guard Post (Nghe An Border Guard Command) discovered and handled five individuals: Lo Thi On (born in 1985, residing in Huu Kiem commune, Ky Son district), Quang Van Truong (born in 1983, residing in Yen Khe commune, Con Cuong district); Moong Van Nghe (born in 1997), Ven Van Hieu (born in 1997), and Luong Van Hoi (born in 1995, all three residing in Pha Danh commune, Ky Son district) for illegally residing in the border area.

Based on the severity of the violations, the unit decided to impose administrative fines totaling 1.7 million VND on the individuals involved, and simultaneously ordered them to leave the border area.
