Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh became famous in the world when she held the position of Head of the delegation of the National Liberation Front of South Vietnam, then the Provisional Revolutionary Government of the Republic of South Vietnam, participating in the 4-party conference on peace for Vietnam in Paris during the period 1968 - 1973. She was one of the representatives of the parties signing the Paris Agreement in 1973 and was the only woman to sign the Agreement.

Ms. Ton Nu Thi Ninh, born in 1947 in Thua Thien Hue. She was the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Vietnam to the European Union (EU) and several countries such as Belgium, the Netherlands, etc. She was also the Vice Chairwoman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Vietnamese National Assembly. A former lecturer at the University of Paris III, fluent in English and French, Ms. Ninh is considered one of the most prominent and individual diplomats of Vietnam during the Renovation period.

Member of the Politburo, Chairwoman of the National Assembly Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan was born in 1954 in Chau Hoa commune, Giong Trom district, Ben Tre province. She has held the positions of Deputy Director of the Ben Tre Department of Finance, Deputy Minister of Finance, Secretary of the Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Minister of Trade, Minister of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs. In August 2011, she was elected as one of the four Vice Chairwomen of the National Assembly.
In 2013, she became a female member of the Politburo at the 7th Central Party Conference. On March 31, 2016, at the 11th session - the last session of the 13th National Assembly, with 95% of delegates in favor, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan became the first female Chairwoman of the National Assembly in the history of Vietnam and also the first person to take an oath upon taking office.

Ms. Tong Thi Phong was rated by Forbes Magazine as one of the most influential women in Vietnam. In 1965, Ms. Phong joined the revolution. In 1971, she participated in youth and local government work until she was elected to the position of Chairwoman of the People's Council of Son La province from 1991-1996.
In 1997, she was elected as a delegate to the 10th National Assembly and was elected as Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Council of Ethnic Minorities. In early 2001, she was elected Secretary of the Son La Provincial Party Committee. In April of the same year, she was assigned to be Secretary of the Party Central Committee.
The biggest turning point in her political career was her re-election to the 11th Party Central Committee after continuously holding this position in the 9th and 10th terms and being elected to the Politburo on January 19, 2011.
She held the position of Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly throughout this term. At the 12th Party Congress, Ms. Phong was once again re-elected and elected to the Politburo, becoming one of three female members of the 12th Politburo.

Ms. Truong Thi Mai is from Quang Ninh district, Quang Binh province. Along with Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Ngan and Ms. Tong Thi Phong, Ms. Truong Thi Mai is one of the three most powerful female politicians in Vietnam at the time she was elected to the Politburo of the 12th Party Central Committee in January 2016. Previously, Ms. Mai was also a member of the 12th Politburo.
Ms. Mai was a National Assembly delegate from the 10th, 11th, 12th and 13th terms and a member of the Party Central Committee from the 10th, 11th and 12th terms.
While Ms. Kim Ngan grew up in financial and commercial management, Ms. Mai has a lot of experience in Youth Union work, having held the positions of Secretary of the Central Committee of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, President of the Vietnam Youth Union, and Vice Chairman of the National Assembly's Committee on Culture, Education, Youth, Adolescents and Children.
When elected to the 11th Party Central Committee (2011), Ms. Mai became a member of the National Assembly Standing Committee and Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee on Social Affairs.
In January 2016, at the 12th Party Congress, Ms. Truong Thi Mai, Chairwoman of the National Assembly's Committee on Social Affairs, was elected to the Politburo and then assigned to be Secretary of the Party Central Committee and Head of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission.
