Dedicated and responsible for work; not ambitious for power, not greedy for fame; have spirit of solidarity, construction, exemplary, love comrades and colleagues.

We ourselves are not corrupt, bureaucratic, opportunistic, or selfish, and actively fight to prevent and repel signs of degradation in political ideology, ethics, lifestyle, "self-evolution" and "self-transformation" within the Party.

At the same time, resolutely fight against bureaucracy, authoritarianism, corruption, waste, negativity, individualism, opportunism, pragmatism, cliques, group interests, saying things differently than doing things; be fair, upright, respect talented people, and do not let relatives and acquaintances take advantage of their positions and powers for personal gain.
