The above investors include: Vietnam TDV Production & Trading Group Company Limited (TDV) - Manufacturing bathroom equipment; NANOCO Vinh One Member Co., Ltd. (NANOCO) - Manufacturing electrical equipment; Vietnam Post Corporation (Vietnam Post) - Postal Logistics Exploitation Center; ICEM Construction & Materials Joint Stock Company (ICEM) - Manufacturing unburnt bricks and tiles; Nghe An Industrial Gas Joint Stock Company (Oxy Vinh) - Manufacturing industrial gas; Central Construction Materials Joint Stock Company (CENCOM JSC) - Logistics Services; Vietnam Technology and Communications Joint Stock Company (VNTT) - Providing telecommunications services; Becker Industrial Coatings Vietnam Co., Ltd. (BECKER) - Manufacturing paint; Kien Moc Design Joint Stock Company (Kien Moc) - Manufacturing wooden furniture; Dat Tien Co., Ltd. (Dat Tien) - Logistics Services.

The above 10 projects have a total area of ​​7 hectares of industrial land and 2,500m²ready-built factory, with total registered capital expected to be over 420 billion VND.

Of which, 6 projects have been granted investment certificates: TDV, Nanoco, Vietnam Post, Oxy Vinh, CENCOM, ICEM with a total area of ​​about 6 hectares and a total capital of about 311 billion VND.

Currently, 03 customers are implementing factory construction (TĐV, NANOCO, ICEM) and the first customer (TĐV) is expected to go into operation this July./.
