6 people in one family died in a shooting in the US
The January 16 shooting at a home in Goshen, California, USA, left six people dead, including a 17-year-old mother and a 6-month-old baby.
Authorities said the shooting was targeted and a “horrific massacre.” Tulare County Sheriff Mike Boudreaux said at least two suspects remain at large.

"We believe this was not a random act of violence. We believe the suspect targeted a family. It is possible that the incident is gang-related, and there should be drug investigations in this case," Reuters quoted Mr. Boudreaux.
Police arrived at the scene early on January 16 after a series of gunshots were heard. Some of the victims’ bodies were found lying on the street, while others were found inside the house.
One victim was found alive and injured when authorities arrived at the scene, but was later pronounced dead at the hospital, Boudreaux said.
"I have information, but I'm not at liberty to discuss it at this time. We have useful information that will hopefully help identify the suspect," Boudreaux explained, declining to share further details about the shooting.
