60 officials under the management of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee attended a training course to update new knowledge.
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of April 26, at Nghe An Political School, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee organized the opening of the 2022 online training course to update knowledge for leaders and managers under the management of the Provincial Party Committee (subject 3).
Attending the opening ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Dang Quang Dinh - Director of the Institute of Philosophy - Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics; Members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee: Le Duc Cuong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee; Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department and representatives of the Board of Directors of Nghe An Provincial Political School.

The 2022 training course to update knowledge for leaders and managers under the management of the Provincial Party Committee has 60 students.
During the course, students will be trained and updated with knowledge focusing on the following 6 topics: Firmly applying and creatively developing Marxism-Leninism and Ho Chi Minh Thought; Improving the leadership and governing capacity of the Party in new conditions; Comprehensively perfecting and synchronizing the institutions for developing a socialist-oriented market economy in the spirit of the 13th National Party Congress; Promoting socialist democracy, ensuring people's mastery, strengthening the rule of law, ensuring social discipline; Ho Chi Minh Thought and the Communist Party of Vietnam's policy on preventing and combating ideological, political, moral, lifestyle degradation and manifestations of "self-evolution" and "self-transformation"; The current world situation and the foreign policies and guidelines of the Party and State of Vietnam.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Comrade Le Duc Cuong, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Committee, sent congratulations to the students participating in the science. He emphasized that in the process of leading the Vietnamese revolution, our Party and President Ho Chi Minh have repeatedly advised:“All success or failure depends on good or bad cadres”, “Cadres are the root of all work. Therefore, training cadres is the root work of the Party”.
Inheriting and promoting those viewpoints and thoughts, in the process of innovation and implementation of the cause of industrialization and modernization of the country, our Party and State have identified the building of a contingent of cadres as a great responsibility, especially the contingent of leaders and managers at all levels. Along with the discovery, selection, evaluation, promotion, appointment, and rotation, training and fostering work is focused on with many different forms and methods. In particular, fostering and updating knowledge for cadres, leaders, and managers every year.
The Standing Committee of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee organized a Training and Knowledge Update Course for leaders and managers in 2022 with the aim of: Training and updating new information, knowledge and professional skills to improve political awareness, ideology, ethics, lifestyle, and working capacity for leaders and managers at all levels in the political system, meeting the requirements and tasks of the Party in the new situation.

Therefore, the class has a particularly important position in the process of building a team of leaders and managers of the province. In order for the class to achieve the best results, the Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board requested the comrades in the Class Management Board and lecturers to be serious in the work of managing students; evaluate the final exam of students objectively, reflecting the true level of students, avoiding formalities; report the results to the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee after completing the course. Continue to research, supplement, and further specify the tasks and work that need to be implemented; create the best conditions for teaching and learning while organizing guidance, urging, and checking the implementation of the Learning Regulations.
For the students who are key officials of the province, we have been equipped with both political theory and professional knowledge, especially practical knowledge and work experience. At the same time, we proactively and actively combine theoretical training, viewpoints, and policies with research, summarize practical experience, and complete the course's report well.
From there, we can unify our awareness, improve our knowledge, update more information, improve our leadership and management skills, and be more steadfast in our political qualities, ethics, and lifestyle, in order to best promote our abilities and best complete our assigned tasks.
