Among the enterprises whose licenses were revoked, in 2017 alone, 4 enterprises had their licenses revoked for the following violations: Not directly recruiting workers, allowing others to use their licenses to send workers to work abroad, and taking advantage of sending workers to work abroad to organize recruitment and illegally collect money from workers; sending workers to work abroad without registering labor supply contracts as prescribed.

Ms. Tran Thi Van Ha, Head of Information Department (Department of Overseas Labor Management) said: According to the provisions of the Law on Vietnamese workers working abroad under contracts, after the Ministry of Labor, Invalids and Social Affairs revokes the license, enterprises must still be responsible for continuing to fulfill the obligations in the labor supply contract signed with foreign partners and the contract to send workers to work abroad while the contract is still in effect.
