68 products participated in the 2019 Children's and Youth Creativity Contest
(Baonghean.vn) - The Youth and Children's Creativity Contest is a practical and useful playground, attracting a large number of students throughout the province to participate. This year in particular, there are many products from primary school students.
On the morning of April 25, the 2019 Nghe An Province Youth and Children's Creativity Contest officially opened.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, President of the Nghe An Union of Science and Technology Associations attended.
This is an annual activity jointly organized by the Nghe An Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Education and Training, and the Provincial Youth Union for youth and children aged 6-18.

This year, among the 68 products/models that made it to the final round, there were many products from primary school students, the youngest of whom were first graders.
Previously, after a year of launching, the contest received 103 entries. Through the preliminary round, according to the Organizing Committee's assessment, the products and inventions of the students this time are all creative, the products are applied from nature, close to humans, especially can be applied in real life.
Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Nguyen Thi Thu Huong affirmed that the contest is a playground, a creative environment for students to apply the knowledge they have learned, the skills they have been equipped with, to think and create useful products and solutions, demonstrating sharing and humanity.
Through the contest, we also aim to awaken the potential and promote the creative thinking of young people, guide them into practical activities, help them cultivate knowledge, practice thinking and creative skills, and nurture their dreams of becoming future inventors.
