78 Nghe An civil servants attend the main specialist exam
(Baonghean.vn) - On the morning of December 15, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee opened the exam to promote civil servants from specialist to senior specialist, and to consider promoting officials to grade II of Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in 2018.

Speaking at the opening ceremony, comrade Ho Phuc Hop - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board affirmed: The civil servant promotion exam is one of the measures to assess the qualifications and capacity of civil servants, in order to arrange civil servants to perform tasks in the right job position, in accordance with their professional qualifications and work capacity; ensuring the civil servant rank structure of agencies and units.
Therefore, through this exam, it is hoped that cadres and civil servants will have more opportunities to self-evaluate their qualifications and abilities. From there, they will promote the spirit of self-study, practice, and strive to improve themselves to meet the requirements of their jobs and demonstrate their qualifications and abilities.

This year's exam has the participation of 78 officials and civil servants from Party agencies, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations. To participate in the exam, candidates will have to take three tests including: a multiple-choice test on computer in the subject of Professional Skills + Information Technology, a written test in General Knowledge and a written test in English. This is the second year that Nghe An Provincial Party Committee has organized this exam.
After completing the exams, the Examination Council will report to the Central Organizing Committee for approval of the exam results. On that basis, the main specialist position will be appointed to those comrades who meet the required qualifications.
At the opening ceremony, the Organizing Committee also approved the exam regulations and answered questions from candidates related to the exam to ensure a serious, objective, safe and regulated exam.
