Eight bright faces, representing the beauty of "talent, beauty, and heart" of Vietnamese women, will participate in the final round of the "VMISS of Melbourne 2017" contest taking place on October 8.

After the qualifying round with outdoor challenges and the semi-final round requiring contestants to answer questions from the Organizing Committee of the Vietnam's Got Talent - VMISS of Melbourne 2017 (organized by the Vietnamese Student Association at La Trobe University, Australia - LAVISA), 8 outstanding "beauties" from more than 45 applications were selected for the final round. Nguyen Binh Minh (candidate number 36, from the University of Melbourne) was the contestant who went straight to the final round thanks to being the most popular in the Facebook voting round. |

Nguyen Thi Mai Quyen (Candidate No. 09, 23 years old) is also one of the two contestants with the highest total score in the online round, going straight to the final round. The criteria of VMISS this year is to honor the beauty, talent, and knowledge of female students currently living, studying and working in Melbourne, Australia, while creating a useful playground, connecting the dynamic Vietnamese student community in Australia. |

VMISS of Melbourne 2017 is a place to gather and honor the beauty of appearance, intelligence and personality of Vietnamese women, thereby contributing to introducing and promoting the image of the country and people of Vietnam to international friends. |
