8 warning signs you have liver disease
Loss of appetite, yellow skin and eyes, weight loss, bloating, dark urine, frequent itching... indicate liver damage.
Yellow skin and eyes
The first symptom of liver disease is yellowing of the skin and whites of the eyes. The yellow color appears due to excess bilirubin, a yellow-orange pigment in liver bile. A healthy liver easily removes bilirubin, otherwise jaundice appears.

Feeling tired
Feeling tired due to lack of mental and physical energy makes you have no motivation to do anything. You may feel tired all day or in the morning like it is torture to get out of bed.
Abdominal bloating
Bloating is a symptom of fluid buildup in the abdomen, similar to pregnancy. The distended abdomen can cause pain, discomfort, and swelling in the legs and ankles.
There are bruises on the body
A damaged liver slows down protein production and causes blood clotting. As a result, people with liver damage are more likely to bleed or bruise than healthy people.

Loss of appetite and weight loss
Bloating makes you uncomfortable and lose your appetite, even causing pain when eating.
Spider angiomas appear on the skin.
Spider angiomas look like a network of small arterioles that appear just below the surface of the skin. If spider angiomas appear on the upper half of the chest, arms, neck, and face, it may be a sign of liver disease.
Dark urine
People with liver disease have urine that is darker than normal, such as brown, dark orange, or amber. This condition occurs because there is excess bilirubin that the liver cannot remove.
Frequent itching sensation
Itchy skin is more common in people with liver disease. It occurs due to toxins that the liver cannot filter. When you are drunk, you will feel itchy a lot, especially at night.
