Survey at Tam Hop 1 Primary School, Tam Hop Commune, Quy Hop District: Principal Nguyen Van Hoa. Implemented from the 2015-2016 school year. The school has 1 main campus and 1 satellite campus; in the first year of implementation, only 50% of students participated. By the 2017-2018 school year, 100% of poor and near-poor students participated 100%. The whole school has 438 students, of which 403 participated.

Regarding the milk supply and quality, the school principal said that since the implementation, everything has been guaranteed. After a period of time, students who have been drinking milk have shown a clear improvement in their physical condition and have contributed to helping students attend school more diligently.

Surveying Chau Thanh Secondary School, Chau Thanh Commune, Quy Hop District on the implementation of the school network planning, reporting to the working delegation, Vice Principal of the school Luu Thanh Binh said: The commune has 6/9 villages with students enjoying the boarding regime at Chau Thanh Secondary School. This is the only school in Quy Hop District that is proposed to be converted into a boarding school for ethnic minorities with 9 classes and 313 students.

Over time, the implementation of the boarding school model at the school has shown that the quality of students' learning has increased, and the rate of students dropping out of school has decreased. Chau Thanh commune currently has more than 42% poor households, and the construction of a boarding school has received positive support from the people.

Currently, all 142 students who are eligible for the semi-boarding program are renting accommodation outside the school campus. Due to the lack of accommodation, they are facing many difficulties. It is expected that after repairing 6 rooms of the medical station, the school will give priority to students from 2 remote villages to move in first.

At a meeting with the Department of Education and Training of Quy Hop district, regarding the planning of the school network, Head of the Department Ho Binh Minh said that since the 2012-2013 school year, the district has reduced 11 separate schools at the preschool and primary levels. The plan to merge Chau Ly 1 and Chau Ly 2 primary schools has not been implemented yet because the residential area is too large and the roads are difficult to travel.

The conversion of Chau Thanh Secondary School into a boarding school for ethnic minorities is also facing difficulties due to lack of funding.

Regarding the school milk program, in Quy Hop area, more than 89% of students are participating; so far, this program has demonstrated its advantages such as helping children improve their physical strength and reducing the rate of stunted children.

Regarding the survey delegation's contents, the leaders of the Department of Education and Training of Quy Hop district also proposed a number of specific recommendations to speed up the progress and enhance the quality of school network planning according to the roadmap. With the school milk program, schools proposed using 120ml or 90ml milk cartons for preschool children; there is a support policy for staff and teachers to implement this program.

At the end of the working sessions, the working delegation recorded the opinions and proposals of the grassroots to supplement the report to be submitted to the upcoming meeting of the Provincial People's Council.
