900 Nghia Dan athletes enthusiastically participated in the Phu Dong Sports Festival

(Baonghean.vn) - More than 900 athletes from 44 delegations from 26 schools in Nghia Dan district participated in the 18th Phu Dong Sports Festival in 2017.

The health festival takes place over 2 days, from December 2-3, 2017.

Athletes compete in 9 sports including: football, volleyball, table tennis, athletics, chess, badminton, shuttlecock kicking, stick pushing, Vivonam martial arts. The sports festival is organized at school, cluster and district levels and selects teams to participate at the provincial level.

In recent years, the movement of training and competing in physical education and sports following the example of beloved Uncle Ho has been organized annually by the Department of Education and Training of Nghia Dan district, creating an exciting atmosphere in schools.
