Runner-up Huyen My went to Myanmar to make her first film project.

Runner-up Huyen My said she will officially go to Myanmar to make her first movie called “Bridge over cloud”, produced by one of Myanmar’s leading media companies.

According to the schedule, Huyen My will fly to Yangon, Myanmar early this week. Then, she will continue to fly to the high mountains of Kalaw to film for 5 days before returning to Yangon to film the rest.

In the film, My will co-star with the male lead Nay Toe - a famous actor who won the Myanmar Academy Awards 2009. It is known that Huyen My's script will be spoken directly in English with Myanmar subtitles. Therefore, the 2014 runner-up of Miss Vietnam had to spend a lot of time studying the script as well as improving her foreign language to best portray her role.

Previously, in 2015, Huyen My had accepted to participate in a Vietnam-Myanmar friendship film called "The lover with beautiful heart." However, due to objective conditions, the film could not be made. Therefore, the producer decided to change to a more suitable script in order to send an invitation and cooperate with Huyen My as originally planned.
