Thai runner-up suddenly passed away at the age of 22
The news that Thai runner-up Nammon Monchanit passed away at the age of 22 shocked and saddened the audience and her relatives.

According to Thai media reports on February 16, Miss Thailand 2019 Nammon Monchanit passed away after a tragic accident in which her car crashed into a tree on the campus of Khon Kaen University, Isan, Thailand. The collision left the runner-up seriously injured and unconscious. She was taken to the hospital for emergency treatment immediately but did not survive and passed away at the age of 22. In addition to Namon Monchanit, two other friends traveling in the same car also died and the driver was seriously injured.
