Based on the statements of the couples, the investigation force detained Pham Thi Thanh Huyen to clarify the act of prostitution brokerage. It is known that on December 9, the Hanoi City Police Department issued a decision to prosecute Pham Thi Thanh Huyen for prostitution brokerage.
