(Baonghean.vn) - National Highway 15A section through Lac Son commune (Do Luong) is under construction, the contractor does not have an effective traffic diversion plan, causing serious traffic congestion and obstruction, making thousands of workers and residents suffer.

At about 7:30 a.m. on March 8, on National Highway 15A, through Lac Son commune (Do Luong), traffic congestion occurred for quite a long time.

According to local residents, the cause of the traffic jam was due to the road being under construction, the contractor dumping rocks everywhere and there being no effective traffic diversion plan.

The cause of this traffic jam was that the contractor, during construction, dumped rocks all over a section of road and did not separate traffic from a distance, leading to traffic congestion.

In addition, the untimely compaction of the filled rocks has caused unsafety for road users, especially motorbikes. It is known that this road under construction has a small industrial park in Lac Son, where thousands of workers from the Prex Vinh garment factory go to work every day and often cause traffic jams during rush hour.
