“At around 1am, a group of armed men opened fire on passengers on a bus in Wardak province, killing 13 people. Among the dead was a woman,” said Attaullah Khogyani, a government spokesman. No group has yet claimed responsibility, but authorities suspect the Taliban is behind the incident.
