Labor recruitmentincluding the following positions: Credit (code 01); Accounting (code 02); Cashier, auditor (code 03).

I.Candidate conditions and standards
1. For candidates taking the credit and accounting exams: Men must be 1.65 m or taller, women must be 1.55 m or taller, and must not be over 30 years old (as of October 31, 2020).

2. Candidates must be of Vietnamese nationality, have a clear background, and be confirmed by a competent authority within no more than 6 months from the date of application submission.

3. Be in good health to meet job requirements, have no disabilities, and have a certificate issued by a health authority within 30 days of the date of application submission.

4. Not being under disciplinary action, criminal prosecution, serving a sentence, being imprisoned, being put under non-custodial reform, being placed under probation, being subject to local educational measures or being sent to a reformatory facility...

5. Information Technology: Have a basic information technology application certificate (including 6 basic modules) as prescribed by the Ministry of Information and Communications.

6. Foreign language proficiency: Have English certificate of at least IELTS 3.5, Toefl ITP 337, Toefl iBT 31, Toeic 400. (English certificate valid at the time of application).

Priority is given to candidates with permanent residence in the locality where the branch has recruitment needs.

II. Qualification requirements for candidates

Qualification requirements for candidates:Meet the general conditions (in Section I), Graduated from university with honors or distinction, long-term full-time concentrated program,majors in economics, banking and finance, accounting, auditing, international payment/international economics/foreign economics of the following schools: National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Banking Academy, Academy of Finance, University of Economics - National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, Danang University, Can Tho University.

Qualification requirements for candidates:Meet the general conditions (in Section I),Candidates with a full-time university degree or higher (We do not accept candidates for part-time, distance learning, or work-study programs.) major suitable for the position applied for (banking finance, accounting, auditing, economics, international payments, business administration...). For candidates applying for the position of cashier or auditor, the minimum requirement is a college degree, full-time.

III. Application documents include

1. Application form with photo (candidates receive at the General Department of Agribank Tay Nghe An Branch), clearly stating the desired workplace in which district. Candidates can register up to 2 wishes:

Wish 1: Candidates register to work at one of the units under Tay Nghe An branch (Headquarters, District A...) according to personal wishes.

Option 2: Candidates register to work at the unit assigned by the Recruitment Council according to the branch's needs (if there are still quotas). In this case, candidates must commit to working long-term at the unit for at least 5 years (if recruited).

2. Handwritten application; CV with photo, certified by local authorities (according to prescribed form);

3. Certified copies of diplomas, transcripts, diploma supplements, and certificates as required by the position applied for;

4. Health certificate issued by a competent health authority according to regulations of the Ministry of Health (most recent, not more than 30 days);

5. Copy of permanent residence registration.

6. Other documents (if any).

IV. Time and place for receiving documents

1. Candidates must directly submit their application at the General Department (2nd floor) of Agribank Tay Nghe An branch. Address: No. 42 Chu Huy Man Street, Hoa Hieu Ward, Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province, (Unsuccessful applications will not be returned.).

2. Time: From December 3, 2020 to December 4, 2020 (during business hours)

V. Admission and entrance exam

Round 1:Preliminary selection of documents, height and appearance is carried out by the Preliminary Selection Council of the unit receiving the documents.

The Agribank Recruitment Council of Tay Nghe An branch will post the list of candidates who passed the first round to be considered for the second round, the time and place of the selection at the Agribank Headquarters of Tay Nghe An branch and district branches with recruitment targets (expected on December 7, 2020).

Round 2:Interview, selection and test for candidates with "Pass" round 1 results.

Admission and exam schedule is expected to be December 8, 2020 (will be announced later).
