Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) Tay Nghe An Branch is recruiting workers to work in the districts: Nghia Dan, Quy Hop, Quy Chau, Que Phong, Tan Ky, Anh Son, Con Cuong, Tuong Duong, Ky Son, including the following positions: Credit (code 01): 08 workers; Accounting (code 02): 07 workers; Information Technology (code 03): 05 workers.

I. CONDITIONS AND STANDARDS OF CANDIDATE

- 18 to 30 years old (as of March 15, 2018). Males must be 1.65m or taller, females must be 1.55m or taller. Only recruiting “Male” workers for Credit positions.

- Have a clear background, confirmed by a competent authority within 30 days from the date of application submission.

- Have good health to meet job requirements, no disabilities.

- Not under disciplinary or criminal prosecution,

- Qualification requirements for candidates: Graduated from a regular university with honors or distinction, with a major suitable for the recruitment position. Specifically:

+ Credit and accounting officer positions: Majors in economics, banking and finance, accounting, auditing, from the following schools: National Economics University, Foreign Trade University, Banking Academy, Finance Academy, University of Economics - National University, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, Ho Chi Minh City Banking University, Da Nang University, Vinh University.

+ Information Technology position: Information Technology major from Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology, FPT University. Graduated with good grades or higher.

- Information Technology: Have a basic information technology application certificate (including 6 basic modules) according to regulations of the Ministry of Information and Communications.

- Priority is given to candidates with foreign language proficiency: Have an English certificate of at least IELTS 3.5, Toefl ITP 337, Toefl iBT 31, Toeic 400. (English certificate must be valid at the time of application).

- Priority is given to candidates with registered residence in the mountainous districts of Western Nghe An.

II. APPLICATION DOCUMENTS INCLUDE:

1. Application form with photo attached, clearly stating the desired district to work in (candidates receive at the General Department of Agribank, Tay Nghe An Branch).

2. Handwritten application; CV with photo, certified by local authorities (according to prescribed form);

3. Certified copies of diplomas, transcripts, and certificates as required for the position applied for;

4. Health certificate issued by a competent health authority according to regulations of the Ministry of Health (most recent, not more than 6 months);

5. Copy of permanent residence registration.

6. Other documents (if any).

III. TIME AND PLACE FOR RECEIVING DOCUMENTS:

1. Candidates must submit their applications directly to the General Department of Agribank, Tay Nghe An Branch. Address: No. 42 Chu Huy Man Street, Hoa Hieu Ward, Thai Hoa Town, Nghe An Province (unsuccessful applications will not be returned).

2. Time: From March 15, 2018 to March 23, 2018 (morning from 8:00 - 11:30, afternoon from 13:30 - 17:00).

IV. ADMISSION:

- Round 1: Preliminary screening of documents, height, and appearance by the Preliminary Screening Council of the unit receiving the documents.

The Agribank Recruitment Council of Tay Nghe An Branch will post the list of candidates who passed the first round to be considered for the second round, the time and place of the selection at the Agribank Headquarters of Tay Nghe An Branch and the District Branches with recruitment targets. (expected on March 26, 2018)

- Round 2: Interview and selection for candidates with "Pass" results in round 1.

- Admission schedule: In March and early April 2018.
