Egypt: F-16 fighter jet crashes, no survivors
AFP reported that the Egyptian military issued a statement on the evening of January 27 saying that an F-16 fighter jet had crashed during a military exercise, killing all crew members.

In the above statement, the Egyptian military confirmed:
"An F-16 crashed during a training exercise, killing all on board."
However, the statement did not specify the location of the accident.
Egypt is one of the largest and best-equipped militaries in the region. The Egyptian military has recently been equipped with American F-16 and French Rafale fighter jets.
Currently, the F-16 aircraft, manufactured by the US Lockheed Martin Corporation, is being used by about 20 countries./.
