Therefore, the Delegation Work Committee must proactively prepare documents and advise the National Assembly Standing Committee to synchronously carry out the processes and procedures for submitting to the National Assembly for election and approval of decisions on the organization of the apparatus and high-level personnel under the authority of the National Assembly.
The Vice Chairman of the National Assembly requested the Delegation Working Committee to soon unify the profiles of senior personnel to send to responsible agencies and to each National Assembly Delegate.
Regarding the work of examining the qualifications of National Assembly deputies, Vice Chairwoman of the National Assembly Tong Thi Phong emphasized: “Recognizing and not recognizing anyone is our ability, to do it in accordance with the law. For those who are newly elected National Assembly deputies, we must check whether they are introduced by the National Assembly Party Delegation and the National Assembly Standing Committee, and whether the structure is correct. We must have the ability to examine the qualifications of National Assembly deputies. Recognize someone, do not recognize anyone who is unclear. Later, when that person is qualified, we will recognize them, if they are not qualified, we will consider further. In 496 such files, we must do it very carefully”./.
