The Nghe An Center for Mental and Neurological War Invalids in Nghi Phong Commune (Vinh City) is currently caring for and supporting 63 veterans from Nghe An and Ha Tinh Provinces. Most of the war invalids have psychological and neurological problems and are limited in their ability to function, so doctors and nurses must provide comprehensive care from meals to sleep...

Over the years, overcoming all difficulties, Nghe An Psychiatric Center for War Invalids has done a good job of caring for and nurturing wounded and sick soldiers, and their lives have gradually improved.

Sharing the difficulties and hardships of the staff at the Nursing Home, the Nghe An Department of Home Affairs Trade Union organized a "Family Meal" for all wounded soldiers and relatives of martyrs.

This is a practical activity of the officers and civil servants of Nghe An Department of Home Affairs, expressing their sharing, gratitude, and the morality of "When drinking water, remember its source" for those who sacrificed their youth and contributed part of their blood and bones to protect the Fatherland.
