Warm program of Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing in Con Cuong district
(Baonghean.vn) - On January 20, Con Cuong District Labor Federation organized the program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing" in 2024 for union members and workers.
Attending the program on the province side were comrade Kha Van Tam - Chairman of Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation. On the Con Cuong district side were comrades Nguyen Hoai An - Secretary of the District Party Committee, Lo Van Thao - Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee, Chairman of the District People's Committee.
The program "Tet Sum Vay - Spring Sharing" is an annual activity of the Con Cuong District Labor Federation, aiming to contribute to the local Party Committee and government in implementing social security work well; demonstrating the timely attention and encouragement of trade unions at all levels. At the same time, spreading the message of solidarity and sharing with the spirit of "no one is left behind" in the community and the whole society. Thereby, affirming that the Trade Union organization always accompanies and cares for the lives of union members and workers.
The program opened with exciting performances by union members and a colorful performance of traditional costumes by 18 agencies and units in the area.
The organizers also set up booths displaying local products, selling them to union members at preferential prices.
At the program, the Organizing Committee presented a "Union Shelter" worth 40 million VND to Mr. Ha Van Anh, a member of Luc Da Commune Kindergarten; and presented 91 gifts to members in difficult circumstances, each worth 500,000 VND.
