Impressive Phan School French Festival with message of support for LGBT community

Chu Thi Van Anh, a student of class 11C4, Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, head of the 2019 Francophone Festival Organizing Committee, said that the members of the Organizing Committee agreed on the theme of this year's festival as "Le Diamant" (The Diamond). This year's "Le Diamant" of the Francophone represents talented, persistent, and strong youth.
