The JFes 2023 program (Japanese Festival - Japanese Cultural Festival) is an annual event organized by students of the English - Japanese specialized class of Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.
At Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted, Japanese was officially taught at Phan school from course 46 (2017).
Generations of teachers and students of the school have always paid much attention to Japan because the patriot Phan Boi Chau had a rare affinity with the land and people of Japan. The Dong Du movement associated with Phan Boi Chau's Duy Tan Association turned to Japan with the intention of learning the path of reform as well as the path of national liberation of this country.

Nowadays, the friendship between the two countries is increasingly tightened and becomes more intimate, contributing to promoting the development of both sides in different fields. This bond is the premise for the formation of the English - Japanese Specialized Class at Phan Boi Chau High School for the Gifted.
