Affected by storm No. 6, there was heavy rain over a large area for 2 consecutive days, many roads in Nghe An were closed to traffic due to flooding and landslides.

On the night of August 30, the Khe Kien - Nam Can route through Pung village, Luu Kien commune (old), now Tuong Duong commune, suffered a severe landslide, making it impossible for vehicles to pass.
