According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, last night (September 8),The northeast monsoon continues to cause moderate rain, with heavy to very heavy rain in some places in provinces from Nghe An to Quang Binh.
Due to the influence of the Northeast monsoon, during the day and tonight (September 9), there will be moderate rain, heavy rain, and in some places very heavy rain concentrated in the provinces of Nghe An, Ha Tinh and Northern Quang Binh (common rainfall 50-100mm/24 hours).
